In the 10 years I’ve been a customer of Brickell Honda has it been this bad. My appointment was for Monday,Nov.11,2024 2:00pm. I was there close to 6pm to get an oil change and tire rotation. People came and people left and i kept asking what was taking so long. The excuse was not enough technicians. By 4pm, i again asked what was taking so long. Turns out my car hadn’t even been started because the mechanics were complicated with actual repairs. Anyway, it was horrible waste of a day. More
