I went to get my car serviced a couple of weeks ago. I told Jose, at the front desk, not to fix something in my car multiple times and then when I went to pick up my car he fixed it anyways. When I asked told Jose, at the front desk, not to fix something in my car multiple times and then when I went to pick up my car he fixed it anyways. When I asked him why did he fix something I didn’t want to be fix all he said was “well we can take it out”. No apology, took no responsibility, nothing. I was over charged $800. Im rethinking about going back. More

The customer service was exceptional. The only issue was with not completely inspecting all fluids under the hood. 2 indicators that were on were not taken care of.
