My experience with Great Lakes Toyota/ Subaru was VERY pleasant! From the time I was greeted at the door, introduced to a salesman (Jose Esnard) eventually leading to a purchase of a Subaru, was nothing pleasant! From the time I was greeted at the door, introduced to a salesman (Jose Esnard) eventually leading to a purchase of a Subaru, was nothing but first class! I cannot say enough about Jose, the salesman/ specialist. (On a side note, it's been over 13 years since I purchased a car.) He made the experience very pleasurable & easy. His knowledge, time spent with me, his patience in answering all my questions (Subaru is new to me), he is truly a specialist & with a very kind heart! 1st CLASS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Lakes Toyota is simply the best dealership I have ever worked with. The staff and business model make the difference. A buyer can choose extras, but they are not forced upon them. You decide what ever worked with. The staff and business model make the difference. A buyer can choose extras, but they are not forced upon them. You decide what vehicle you would like and they do the rest. Honesty, integrity, and dependability are the first words that come to mind. I just purchased a “choice” optioned 2025 4Runner that was located, processed, and delivered without any rhetoric. I travel a great deal and will be back in three years for another. I am currently sharing my experience with my family and friends because there is no alternative to the best! Jose and Great Lakes is the only dealer I will purchase from. No kidding! Simply the best buying experience when the costs of today’s world are a reality. More

We recently bought a used 2022 Subaru Outback from Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru. It was a new trade in and needed detailed before we could take it home. We waited for that to be done and upon looking it over n Lakes Toyota/Subaru. It was a new trade in and needed detailed before we could take it home. We waited for that to be done and upon looking it over noticed a few cosmetic flaws. The salesman said no problem he would schedule to have everything handled. After waiting to hear from him to get back to us, we decided to message him and then call him. After a couple of weeks we called the dealership and talked to the manager, Todd. He scheduled the work to be done on the car and told us when we could bring it in. Todd kept us updated on the progress of the paint touch ups, a replacement piece of the plastic that goes around one of the windows, etc. After a few days he called and said our vehicle was ready to be picked up. We drove the rental car (which was a brand new Outback) back to the dealership. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to Todd's office, where he greeted us with a hello and a handshake. Our car was brought around to us, and I want to tell you, it sparkled on the outside and the areas on the outside were fixed and you couldn't tell they were ever there. The inside had been detailed and was fresh and clean and swept out very thoroughly compared to the first day we took it home! We absolutely LOVE our 2022 Subaru Outback now! Todd and his team went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase. Thank you so much! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

José is an awesome salesman. The service department not so good. The guy at the service department told me that a Hitch receiver could not be installed on my new truck. I called a different Toyota dealership and they are installing it on Monday. Unfortunately I have to now drive to a different dealership 40 miles away. More
