Jose lied about car being up to date and having a recall. advertised new wipers. All lies. When I caught him in the lie and addressed it he stop all communication and did nothing to help me. His lie cost me late hours and hours on the road with a broke down car and a visit and cost to local dealer who fixed the issue. Ed Black came through and resolved all issues.
