I compare with the dealership at Rocklin which I used to go to. Your dealership is more space, nice and the associates are very friendly. However, the advisor needs improvements: 1) come out to greet the c go to. Your dealership is more space, nice and the associates are very friendly. However, the advisor needs improvements: 1) come out to greet the customer upon the arrival, instead of the customer goes to the inside counter to see the advisor. 2) Check thoroughly for anything left in the car after the service is completed. In my case, the service number tag was still hanging on the inside rear mirror! 3) Make it easy for the customer to drive the car away from the service area. In my case, my car was parked behind a stopped car inside the service area. I had to backup my car through a narrow door out of the service area, not very considerate! More
