We were also considering a minivan and was very patient while we test drove a Sienna and weighed our options. He was helpful without being pushy. He explained to me all the options buying vs. leasing and all the + and - based on my case till I reach my final decision. Paper work went also painless and I needed to leave the car with them few days I was travelling and they were so nice to accommodate and facilitate the pick up of the car at the delivery date. I visited other places before I go to Toyota and for some it was really awful and dealers were pushy, Jorgo made me feel like I am talking to a friend who is advising me. Good job, nice service ...Very happy with the overall experience. More
