Everything went smoothly I bought my 2005 4Runner from Heiser and decided to upgrade to a 2019 and gave Heiser the first opportunity to continue my business. My family is growing and Jorgo knew my goal was to drive away in a Rav4 before my baby boy is due this May since I was looking for a larger, upgraded vehicle. He kept my budget and expectations in mind and was a great communicator over the past few months. Jorgo was easy to talk with and he was very knowledgeable about the Rav 4 and showed me all of the new technology that it has to offer. Great atmosphere I had a very seamless experience at Heiser Toyota last week upon the purchase of my BMW. The staff were very knowledgeable and addressed all questions I had a very seamless experience at Heiser Toyota last week upon the purchase of my BMW. The staff were very knowledgeable and addressed all questions and concerns I had regarding the vehicle. Financing was a painless process, and they gave me more money for my trade-in than I had anticipated. They broke down everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. I give a 4 out of 5 stars because at times they did seem a little rushed to get paperwork and things in order, that I barely had time to think and take it all in! Overall though, very genuine service, and staff that weren't even working with me treated me with the same respect as if I was their client. Job well done, and I LOVE my new car! More
