Service department is always a pleasure to work with. Only wish I have is that this location had a body shop. This doesn't change my 5 star rating in any way but future work involving a Hyundai Body Shop Only wish I have is that this location had a body shop. This doesn't change my 5 star rating in any way but future work involving a Hyundai Body Shop will have to be done at another Hyundai dealership that can complete repair start to finish on property. *AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS* I Purchased a vehicle From Them 12-12-2024 With Dealer Limited Warranty Of 90 Days Or 3k Miles I Returned The Vehicle The Next Day Because was Driving Strangely. I Was From Them 12-12-2024 With Dealer Limited Warranty Of 90 Days Or 3k Miles I Returned The Vehicle The Next Day Because was Driving Strangely. I Was Gaslit And Told Nothing Was Wrong With it After Almost 3 Weeks. I Requested They Trade me Out With 5 Day Return Policy As Listed On There Website But They Declined. I Brought it Back Again This Time With a Check Engine Light. They Claimed They fixed The Issue after Replacing the Head of motor. I Brought Back 2 Days after This Service Because The Same issue appeared again. The Service Dept Stated They Did Could Not find The Issue (The Vehicle Idles Loudly). I Decided To Take It To Lexus Dealer And Paid Diag So They Could Verify The Issue. Lexus Dealer Verified Issue It is a Bad direct Fuel Injectors. Took Back To Service Who Stated They Probably Wouldn't Fix Due To Cost Being Over 4k I Spoke With Sales Manager Morgan Who Advised me There Wasn't Really An Issue the Vehicle is Fine And I Would Need To Wait until the Car Became Non-drivable For The Issue To Present it Self. He Advised I Could Trade Out I Received The Appraisal And They Deducted 8k For Engine Replacement. When I Asked Why Was This Deducted Since They said the vehicle was fine. I Escalated It To The General Manager Georgina Who Advised That the Vehicle Is Not Under Warranty Since Its Been 90 Days. I Advised Her This is An ongoing Issue Since I Purchased The Vehicle And Then She Stated The Fuel Direct Injectors Are Not Covered Even Though it is Apart of the motor/Engine. I Told Her About The Previous Repair Then She Tried Saying There Was A Limit Since The had Already Tried To Repair It. (I Have The paperwork There is Not). Then She Stated They Had Done Work Prior To Selling Me The Vehicle Proving They knew About This Issue Prior To Sale Of Vehicle This is a Clear case of Fraud & misrepresentation By Licensed Dealer. Honestly I was going to give Michael a rave review initially but I feel like what I'm told constantly changes even after purchase. When I spoke with Michael, with my parents there who could verify, we initially but I feel like what I'm told constantly changes even after purchase. When I spoke with Michael, with my parents there who could verify, we were told several different things but I understood it was just optimism throughout the process trying to get approved. The things that have changed after the fact that I don't appreciate though are, 1. There was a handle that needed to be replaced, I was not told that until the next week when I complained to a manager about Michael not telling me what was going on. When I asked Michael he just kept insisting nothing is wrong with it and reminded me the car was all I could get but wouldn't tell me what was wrong or offer to figure it out, I felt like he was so nonchalant because I already signed the paperwork despite never getting to see the specific car beforehand. If he had just told me it was the door handle I may have asked what happened to the initial handle but I wouldn't have been upset at all since I would've gotten good communication. That isn't even the biggest frustration though, With my parents there as witnesses Michael told me I would get included with it access to BlueLink even though it isn't a brand new car and I would get the maintenance for the oil changes and other maintenance all included in the price. It was not until after I signed the paperwork and went to pick up the car the next week that the person who gave me the keys told me that neither were included and I would not be eligible now. So I felt a bit bait and switched there. That manager did tell me he'd have Michael look into the BlueLink the next day but I may end up having to pay for it, however to this day the BlueLink is still registered to someone else and the app won't even let me look into it because he hasn't set it up like I was told he was going to be told to do. At this point, I would appreciate it if what I was originally told would be honored and me receive the BlueLink free like promised and the maintenance package I was promised free. No customer should be told after the fact that the sales rep wasn't giving you accurate information. I was even told my car had a 300 mile range and I only found out after I bought it that brand new the range was 256 and over wear and tear that could even have been diminished. I will say I absolutely love the car, I did notice both passenger side rims have considerable ugly damage to them which I would've pointed out had I gotten to see it before buying it and my tire pressure gauges have been on ever since I bought it so I'm wondering if I'll have issues with the wheels and tires already from the moment I received it due to the weird way that I never got to look at it beforehand and how Michael has been hard to get accurate info from. If someone could let me know about the BlueLink and maintenance issue I brought up and the issue with the tires/wheels I would really appreciate it. I love the car but I do feel these things need to be fixed for me because of the reasons I've stated. I hope you have a lovely day and I look forward to talking soon. More
