Jorge Scott, the finance manager, clarified the numbers, and Rob Gannon, one of the car directors, ensured everything matched our understanding, which was reassuring. When David and Rob were unavailable at pick-up, Thomas and Gerald helped complete the trade-in, even identifying a dent and fueling the car while explaining its features. Later, Kaelin Martin has been coordinating touch-ups to make the car look even more brand new. Overall, I’m grateful for a supportive team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. More

Plus- Enjoyed working with Alex Rumoro, very responsive and low pressure. Jorge in finance was also very easy to deal with- like the signing tablet table. Nice showroom, and got some free pizza. I have bought 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that was supposed to be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and showed them they refused to refund the extra charge plus the car has two fault error codes showing after driving it for 5 miles and this my first time buying a defective car from a dealer and pay $5k extra fees. I have bout cars from Volkswagen Brandon and Dodge Clearwater and Toyota Clearwater but their fees ranges $700 to $1200 and never paid $5000 for dealer fees. I was told that $2500 is mandatory dealer package but they couldn’t explain the other $2500 and said this a price change. I am very disappointed for losing $5000 and getting a broken car and from a dealer. More
