I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. I went to service yesterday 11/18/24, the Latin people who attended me were extremely rude and disrespectful. They gave me bad answers and reluctantly I was asking for a favor when I'm there paying for a who attended me were extremely rude and disrespectful. The next day I went for the scheduled service and the people who attended me equally disrespectful, did not talk to details with me about what they did in the service, they gave me the keys and they didn't even tell me where the vehicle was, and the way to respond was very rude. I'm Latina and I emphasize the Latino people who attended me, it's sad because it should be the same how people are treated, an American person came out and took care of me in a very good and respectful way. I hope my comment helps improve customer service training for Spanish-speaking people, thank you.
