Hello I have a 2025 Genesis CV70. Presently has 1640 miles and it is with the service department since December 16, 2024 with transmission problems. I am the first on the wait list for a loaner car but I am driving a rental since they tell me that there are no loaner available. I keep asking but I am still driving a rental. More reviews later. I took my 2014 Sonata in for service all the way from Ocean Breeze, Florida because the Dealership in Stuart, FL is 3 weeks out on service appointments??!!?? Gwen my service Rep. helped me get all of the Ocean Breeze, Florida because the Dealership in Stuart, FL is 3 weeks out on service appointments??!!?? Gwen my service Rep. helped me get all of the services done without any issues. She made it a point to make sure all of the needed work was handled promptly and professionally. I have had auto services done over the past 40 years and Gwen gave me the BEST service I have ever experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Napleton Hyundai of North Palm Beach I know all of my future car purchases will take place with them. Overall Grade A++ More
