Our sales team at Crest Volvo went above and beyond. Our product specialist Jimmy Crosby hand picked the perfect car for my daughter. He was amazing from the beginning to end with both car purchases. You cant spell Outstanding Experience without the letters CREST...there are many reasons that this is our 4th new car purchase from CREST Volvo in the last 2 years. First you have to have a high quality CREST...there are many reasons that this is our 4th new car purchase from CREST Volvo in the last 2 years. First you have to have a high quality exceptional product which they do. Next you have to have incredible leadership that cares for their clients and staff which their General Manager Duncan McPhail definitely does. Duncan did everything possible to make this another outstanding experience. He oversaw our entire experience by providing us with the perfect 2021 XC60 and introducing us to the perfect sales person in Billy Delgado. Billy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the process. He went above and beyond on showing us how to set up all the incredible amenities the 2021 XC60 comes with and when I had questions after the sale he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text to help me out. Throw in the great service from Jorge in the finance department and that is just another reason we have purchased 4 new cars from CREST in the past 2 years. If you are seeking a top tier luxurious car from a top tier dealer, then quit reading this, and go visit their brand new, immaculate, state of the art showroom in Frisco, TX. I promise you will NOT be disappointed! More
