Disorganized and Unresponsive – Don’t Expect a Call Back I had high expectations when visiting Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, given their claims of putting the customer first and their prestigious 202 Back I had high expectations when visiting Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, given their claims of putting the customer first and their prestigious 2022 President’s Award. Sadly, my experience was anything but award-worthy. The sales team was unresponsive and seemed completely overwhelmed. Despite their promises, it became apparent that they were simply too busy to prioritize potential customers, which led to multiple instances of no follow-up and no callbacks. Their marketing emphasizes “30 years of experience” and “high standards for excellent service,” but that was nowhere to be found. If they’re too busy to respond to potential buyers, I can’t imagine how poorly they handle after-sales service. The fact that I never got a simple call back lost them a sale. For a dealership that prides itself on customer satisfaction, it’s clear they can’t handle the volume of business they claim to want. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time and business, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—unless you’re okay with being left in the dark, waiting for a call that never comes. More

Everyone is nice. Major drawback is the time it takes to execute a sale. The sales associate leaves you sitting at a table to do tasks like bring offers to the manager Major drawback is the time it takes to execute a sale. The sales associate leaves you sitting at a table to do tasks like bring offers to the manager, run the credit app, etc… I was left waiting about 15 minutes each time they walked away. It took over 3 hours just to negotiate and run a credit app and take a deposit. From a buying perspective, Carmax and bmw are much more customer friendly and efficient. In the end I was able to score a deal but despite them not even being busy that day it took forever! More
