Took my 2024 CX-5 in for its maiden service maintenance check this morning, Jorge greeted me and was extremely professional and the process went smoothly. I have not had service where they send u a video of the potential needs and issues with the vehicle. It’s actually quite nice and haven’t heard other car makers doing this but I’m for it. You can then ac potential needs and issues with the vehicle. It’s actually quite nice and haven’t heard other car makers doing this but I’m for it. You can then accept or deny servicing with a continual tally documenting the cost. I would have done more of the recommended servicing but that would have been $3847 of services I still like the ability of responding and accepting services through your phone More
