He genuinely cared about helping us to get the best deal possible, and his dedication was evident every step of the way. At one point we were thinking that Kazi was the one buying this vehicle because his enthusiasm was so infectious. We had a 7 hour drive back home and he called while we were on the road to make sure that we were doing OK and if we were satisfied with our purchase. I came in to get my leased car (from another Lexus dealership) financed through Pembroke Pines. Everything went smoothly, financials were run, papers signed, spoke to Lexus Financial and had my file n dealership) financed through Pembroke Pines. Everything went smoothly, financials were run, papers signed, spoke to Lexus Financial and had my file notated to expect the payoff of check from the lender within 10 days. The following day, I received a call from the dealership stating they pulled the offer and now I was left without my car that I wanted to buyout from the lease. The reasoning was “they don’t finance lease buyouts anymore”. Wish I knew that before this whole hassle. My car was sold at auction and I’m without a car. Very upset over this. I feel like there should be some type of compensation from the dealership for not fulfilling their part. More
