My grandson and I went to this dealership after they called and said we were approved for a car. We sat there for 7 hours why they tried to find a car for him. After all day we signed paperwork for a called and said we were approved for a car. We sat there for 7 hours why they tried to find a car for him. After all day we signed paperwork for a car and was told it needed a transmission that they were going to fix. My grandson called the salesman Jonathan every day and he was told that it was still in the shop. Finally on Saturday I called and was told now I needed a co-signer and I said no. The manager said he would call me right back. 5:30 rolls around and no call. I try to call the dealership no answer on three different lines. I said we are going for a ride. We get to the dealership and after several people not being able to talk to me I finally get the finance manager. He tells me they cannot sell a car with a bad transmission. I told him my grandson had called all week and was told otherwise. He said we can give you another car and started going into a line of bullsh*t and I said stop. Just give me our money back. I said but I want you to know this was his first car buying experience and was supposed to be his first car. You can’t change that. Think twice before you go here. More
