I have worked at Sundance Chevrolet since 1986 after graduating from Central Michigan University. I have been managing the Finance department since 1989 and have enjoyed the challenges and changes in the industry. I hope to continue working with our customers for many years to come. In my off-time, my wife Deb and I have raised 3 daughters who are doing great and pursuing their dreams. We enjoy traveling and going to our cottage on Nevins Lake.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Sundance. I enjoyed working with Jess as she was extremely patient with me. I do not like pressure sale and so when I asked her to wait 24 hours so I Sundance. I enjoyed working with Jess as she was extremely patient with me. I do not like pressure sale and so when I asked her to wait 24 hours so I could think about it, she was extremely understanding. She was able to help me find a vehicle that I needed and could afford. She kept me updated regarding the vehicle as it was in the shop. Although I’ve only had the car two days, I am extremely happy. Jess also assisted me getting my Bluetooth set up and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Sundance. More

Vicki in the service department deserves 5 stars, she is amazing... otherwise my experience with this dealership has been a disaster. Other than being open on Sunday and having fantastic people like Vicki I amazing... otherwise my experience with this dealership has been a disaster. Other than being open on Sunday and having fantastic people like Vicki I would not recommend this dealership. Maybe it was due to the sales associate I worked with and his lack of focus, follow up or attention to detail that has left me bitter. I purchased my vehicle on Sunday 9/29/2024... and by 10/2/2024 I was calling and emailing my sales associate regarding a check engine light coming on as well as needed documents (warranty, insurance coverage). I did not hear back from this associate for 2 weeks, but it was me calling or emailing that finally got me to my associate. Why as the customer should I be following up regarding paperwork that was due to me, why wasn't my associate doing his standard follow up? Why am I still waiting currently to hear back from this sales associate? Not happy at all with this purchase. It shouldn't be this difficult. More
