The initial salesman , Julio had an attitude and was rude. I ended up purchasing a used car that they bought at auction for a reasonable price and the suv has worked out fine. They made me wait 3 hours rude. I ended up purchasing a used car that they bought at auction for a reasonable price and the suv has worked out fine. They made me wait 3 hours to see the guy to finish the paperwork and pay in cash. We arrived after driving 90 minutes away- making an appointment- and left as they were closing the place down at 9PM. Pretty outrageous since it was late and no one else was in the showroom. Would never use this place again and don’t recommend it. Cater to predominantly Hispanic clients- I believe there was actually some race issue going on here- I m Caucasian- English speaker.. More
