They sold me a repainted car as brand new. Lexus North America basically told me that they can’t do anything about the dealership refusal to address the fact that they sold me a repainted car. So, I was forced to negotiate a replacement TX which ended up costing me 2,000 dollars more. The dealer management disrespected me and ask me to leave the dealer without any solution. I felt I was dealing with a low level used car dealership. Very unlikely I ever recommend the dealer to anyone nor Lexus brand. More
