The atmosphere is very laid back without added pressure. The sales staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable which is a rare commodity these days. I am very disappointed with the assurances made by the sales agent regarding repairs. Now that the sale is complete, I have been informed that I will need to pay out of pocket for the paint repairs that t sales agent regarding repairs. This is unacceptable, and I expect the commitments made to be honored. I visited in person and spoke with a manager to follow up the next day, but I never received a call. When I called in, I was told that he would call me shortly, but the end of the day came, and I still hadn't heard from him. Eventually, I was informed that he had gone home and would call me tomorrow. However, I don't believe I will receive that call. More
