Hi, I received a very unprofessional phone call from Charlie just now, stating that my review was not written “properly” and that it could have gotten him fired, he had asked me to come in all week so he can fill up My tank and to go over a few things, I was already on my way to the appointment he had set up with me and then he called me to tell me what I stated above when I had given him 5 stars and gave him a great review. He then proceeded to tell me there’s no need for me to come in, which is extremely unprofessional since he’s been calling me all week to make sure I make an appointment to come in. I’m not trying to get anyone fired or in trouble considering he was very helpful throughout my experience of purchasing the car. I just don’t think what he did was correct. Thank you

Hi, honestly, i do not know what happened, He called me multiple times this morning and throughout the week, which i appreciated, and when i returned the phone call today as i was driving to you guys, im not sure if he was upset, but he stated that he scored less than 1000 on the review i gave and anything less can cause him to get suspended from his job, I was not sure if i made a mistake on the review because I was very happy with the service he provided and im not trying to get anyone fired, I was already 10 mins away from the dealership when he called me and told me all of that and then told me that I dont need to come in anymore, that all further questions could be answered via text or the phone, I am not sure what was so important that he was calling me all week to come in, the one day im off from work, i agree to come in just for him to tell me not too last minute. that was unprofessional and uncalled for, Im suppose to come in for a service check i think in 3 months for an oil change thats required since the car is new, this is what he told me when i purchased the car, I would just rather work with someone else moving foreword if i have questions regarding the vehicle or any maintenance that needs to be done. and Im sorry if anything i said in my review caused his job to be jeopardize, i never gave him a bad review. thank you
