Set a confirmed appointment to see specific RAV4 only to have salesperson not there. Receptionist TOLD me to "hang on" while she verified what to do with the manager. Another salesperson helped only to tell me the car I came to see had not arrived into inventory but I could check out other cars. I ordered the car I came into see. When I arrived to pick up the car 2 weeks later, paying with bank check, it took over an hour and a half for the salesperson to process paperwork (again, they knew i was coming in to get the car and the ONLY information they did not have was my insurance information. AN HOUR AND A HALF! Then I was called into see the "Finance Manager" to sign paperwork. She was apparantly having bad day, she was functional... "SIt there"... "You need to sign some forms" ... No greeting, no thank you when done signing... Thankfully I live closer to another dealership where I will go for any service! More

We purchased our Corolla Cross Hybrid on 9/11. We were told by our original sales person there would be a 60 day wait. We agreed to wait. About 30 days later we called for an update on our order and informed that our agent was transferred and that our new agent will contact us. When he did the car was delivered but the wrong color.. Our new sales rep bent backwards to find us not only the right color but an upgrade at no added cost to us. He was in constant contact with us until the car arrived and set up my cell phone connection and explained all of the safety features. In spite of a rocky start, Conicelli made certain we were happy with our purchase and has extended to us their availability if we had any problems or questions. This is our 2nd purchase from this dealership and know when the time comes we will come back to Conicelli . More
