We have to express our sincere thanks to everyone that helped us with our situation, which was very complicated and unexpected. To the service dept guys who have to deal with the 2016 paperweight that was helped us with our situation, which was very complicated and unexpected. To the service dept guys who have to deal with the 2016 paperweight that was one of our trade-ins (tyvm blown timing chain 😭); To salespersons David Mann, who stayed late to finalize our 1st deal & Jordan Shoufer, who finalized our 2nd trade-in & new purchase; their Sales Mgr Lanell, who made things right when we weren't satisfied with our first purchase, and business advisor, Alan Conway, who had to stay late to finish our first set of paperwork and completed our second set of paperwork without complaint. Very impressed with your team! More

Purchased a 2011 CR-V here last friday and have had about a week to drive it. Starting with the good - Brendan in the financial department was great, and the only reason it's not a 1-star review. He made a week to drive it. Starting with the good - Brendan in the financial department was great, and the only reason it's not a 1-star review. He made the documentation process go quickly and wasn't pushy about the add-ons at the end. Made the overall transaction end on a bit more of a positive note. Also, the deal itself on the car was solid, not as competitive as they liked to pitch, but not terrible either, given the car was in good shape for being 13 years old. Getting into the bad - unfortunately the pricing and pitch as a whole were dishonest up until pretty much the end. The pricepoint of 11.2k, which was shown online, and discussed between Jordan, Lanell, and myself was acknowledged to be the price of the vehicle and what we negotiated around (of course including taxes and fees). It wasn't until the second time of them going back to the financial manager that a third lady returned (I forget her name) where she acted all offended by the 'lowball price' that up until that point Lanell and Jordan had discussed with me. This was because there was an $895 clearcoat and $699 undercoat add-on that hadn't been made known to me verbally or in writing. The only mention of either was on test-drive when Jordan had offered clearcoat as an add-on. That was the worst of it all, but I'll list a few other things below related to the purchase: Clearcoat already chipping and showing areas where it has a bit of air beneath. Poorly detailed, rims not cleaned, and lots of crud in the corners of the center console, which had not been lifted to clean. A rear bearing issue (I understand used cars are as-is, and this is less of an issue, but should have been discovered during their inspection). Overall, the solid price isn't worth it for the sleaziness of sales and disappointing work on the car itself. I'd stay away if possible. Heard much better about Valley Honda from talking to others about this. More
