Then it came in finally but was broken so it had to be reordered. Took another few weeks for it to come in and finally get replaced. In the end it got fixed under warranty which was great but it took a long time.

To make matters worse, due to the ongoing delays and faulty parts, I’ve had to rely on a rental car this entire time, which has been a significant inconvenience and expense.
Despite numerous follow-ups—often three to five times a day—I still receive no proactive updates. I’ve repeatedly asked for the Service Manager, Niel & Ryan to get in touch with me, but my calls and requests have gone unanswered. That lack of response is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, my experience working with Jordan has also been unreliable. The lack of consistent communication and follow-through has left me with no confidence that this issue is being handled responsibly.
This entire situation has gone far beyond a reasonable delay. I need immediate clarity on what is being done to resolve the issue and what timeline I can expect—without me having to chase for answers every single day.

Took way too long for a simple oil change and alignment. Was left frustrated as it took almost 4 hours for these services that should take no more than a hour and a half. Asked for service order receipt only to be given 1 sheet of paper with someone else’s info on it. Found it insulting as I know the service person knows an alignment work order is 2 pages or more. Will never be back to this place as they completely lost my trust.
