I found Jodi Biltonen as my sales representative to be extrodinarily responsive, paid attention to detail, and had the necessary leasing documents r I found Jodi Biltonen as my sales representative to be extrodinarily responsive, paid attention to detail, and had the necessary leasing documents ready to go upon my arrival so that I could close the deal in less than two hours at the dealership. She was kind enough to pick me up at the airport in Ashville and provide a ride to the dealership. A very good experience. Also, I wanted to note that Shanna Davis, Product Specialist, did an outstanding job in carefully explaining the multiple accessories and features of the car. She was patient and thorough. Came in just before closing to drive a car that I had no intensions of buying. Their prompt attention and service; as well as no haggle on trade-in made it an easy decision to trade.
