Great service but agree with other patrons, the facility sits back and is easy to miss since remodel. Looks like a brown cardboard box. Need better solution or option for GDI engine treatment. I appreciate the attention when you arrive and the wonderful complimentary snack offerings. However last time I went there they did not have the part i needed after waiting an hour. also last time I h wonderful complimentary snack offerings. However last time I went there they did not have the part i needed after waiting an hour. also last time I had an oil change service the mechanic left his Jimmy John's sandwich wrapper on my car seat and when i called to complain they just said sorry but I know if my car was more expensive or if I was a VIP that wouldn't have happened. just disappointed that it made me feel less than a valued customer More
