Bob Penkhus Volvo has proven a most welcome departure from substandard treatment. Danielle is a really exceptional service consultant and most responsive. She is a real professional when it comes to handling warranty transactions in particular. Bob Penkhus service has never let us down. We have had few issues with our XC60 and XC90. Bob Penkhus Volvo service repair staff have always diagnosed and fixed any problems rapidly and successfully. I have to also say that Jordan M, Jalyn W and the rest of the Volvo sales and finance staff have really been exceptional in attending to our priorities and putting forth outstanding effort in accomplishing our identified goals. Attending to the needs of military personnel is undoubtedly a definite priority at this dealership. I had never purchased more than one vehicle from a dealer prior to coming to Bob Penkhus Volvo.
