Austen told us the car did NOT have a universal garage door opener - even though the specs for this car on the dealership website clearly stated the car DID have it. We asked for one to be installed or to have the price adjusted for the car NOT having it; Austen refused both requests. We bought the car anyway and when we got home we discovered the car DID indeed have a garage door opener and we have used it many times since then.
