This team is top notch. I went to several dealerships before I found Nazareth Ford, including my local Ford dealership. Nazareth Ford made the car buying process smooth & easy. They will take care of you & remove the stress of buying a new vehicle. I love my new Maverick. Cannot say enough great things about them. • Initial Contact – was very good. The dealership reach out very quickly to our inquiry and assisting in scheduling our visit. • Arrival – entire team was very welcoming when we walk The dealership reach out very quickly to our inquiry and assisting in scheduling our visit. • Arrival – entire team was very welcoming when we walked in the door. • Salesperson – Bryce was very well mannered and easy going. Helped us with any issues, asked intelligent questions, and was very calm, and not pushy in his approach. • Insurance – a new feature that went very well. A nice addition in you keep it up. Jamel was very helpful and had a good grasp of what he was doing. • Finance – Jacob was very clear and professional in his approach. Got through all the paperwork in a orderly and timely manner. And that leaves us with Sales Manager Cory Wismer. At 60 years old , this is not my first time talking to a Sales Manager in a dealership, so I understand what they have to do and how they act, but Cory managed to take being rude, mean, and condescending to a new level. He started the conversation stating that we insulted him because I gave a figure $3000 down from the list. $3000…we are talking about, not $5000, not $10,000 >> $3000, thinking we would meet in the middle. Specifically, he said that “he was insulted by our offer and lucky for us he had thick skin, and it wasn’t our problem that he paid to much for the car to begin with”. Let me be clear – the only reason we stayed there, is because my wife really liked the vehicle, and she is always my first priority 24/7. If the vehicle was for me, we would have been right out the door (I have done it before when treated that way in any industry). We were there on a Thursday night for two hours, and a Friday afternoon for an hour with no other customers to be seen. I would have thought he would be a little more interested in making a sale with a barren showroom. And after all of his bravado, we were only off that $3000 meet in the middle figure by $600 dollars. It takes a lot more energy to be mean and rude to customers – that whole 10 minute speech of his was totally unnecessary. Since he is the boss, I guess that’s how things are and lets’ be honest, Cory is not going to change. The one thing that change right now is where I go for my next vehicle in 2024. Sent this in an email to the dealership on March 26 and still no response. More
