We started out working with Matt days prior to us arriving. Matt kept us informed daily on the progress of our situation before we got there. I have to admit I came in a little defensive. Your typical car sales approach is usually pushy sells people. My husband and I were so surprised and so thrilled on how we were treated at the dealership!
