Warranty Service Repair Jordan was great at getting me in and out of the service department,quickly and efficiently, knowing I had to return to work. Jordan Ferber was court Jordan was great at getting me in and out of the service department,quickly and efficiently, knowing I had to return to work. Jordan Ferber was courteous and informative. The only reason I did not rate this visit five stars is due to the amount of time it took from my initial visit in January 25th to finally get seen for warranty repair approval, was about a month and a week. Other than that once I got seen , Jordan was very good at returning my calls and keeping me informed. Jordan ensured my warranty repair was taken care of. Overall pleased with my experience. More
