Overall experience was fantastic. Caleb was tremendously helpful from the moment we entered the door, to even follow-up after purchasing the vehicle. My wife and I thoroughly loved hi Caleb was tremendously helpful from the moment we entered the door, to even follow-up after purchasing the vehicle. My wife and I thoroughly loved his no-pressure approach, which made us both a lot more comfortable in being able to make a more informed decision without the duress of an aggressive car dealer putting pressure on us to make a deal. We were able to come to an agreement that I believe both sides found fair and we walked off that day with a new-to-us vehicle that my wife and I love. I would definitely recommend Caleb as your go-to sales associate at Ed Martin Nissan. The reason for 4 stars, unfortunately a few days after purchasing my used vehicle I did notice an odd sound with the engine while driving, that I did not notice during the test drive. I called Caleb to see if there was anything he or the Ed Martin Nissan group could do - I have a service appointment booked, so I am hoping it is nothing major and if it is that they will be able to take care of it. Based on my excellent experience thus far, I have no doubt they should be able to take care of it, in which case I am more than happy to change/edit this review to reflect the post-purchase service/experience. More
