Thanks again for the team at Spreen Honda. It was a good experience. The only thing I could see an improvement would be to give the customer an option to opt out of the additional security system that is an option and the ceramic coating which is an option. What’s these two items are applied? It just adds to the increase cost of the vehicle.. we have purchased several vehicles from Spreen Honda and some of them in the past have the additional alarm system besides the remote entry and we declined to have it and they were able to take it off within 20 minutes and we declined the ceramic coating, but this time they said they already applied it, which I get the dealer increased cost as to increase price of the vehicle, which makes it a little frustrating.(that’s why we have insurance if the car is stolen broken into, we have insurance to cover that.).. we chose this time to lease the car and hopefully we will have a good experience at the end term which we plan to purchase the car so hopefully it will hold his value .
