Heiser Toyota offered new vehicles for sell at MRSP without market adjustment. However, beware that dealership installed options at extra costs will be offered and has to negotiated if you are not inte without market adjustment. Overall, people in the dealership are welcoming and approachable making our vehicle buying process easy and smooth. More

Our sales and finance people were great! However, the car was poorly prepped for delivery. Customer service after the purchase was very disappointing. I bought a car with the cold weather p However, the car was poorly prepped for delivery. Customer service after the purchase was very disappointing. I bought a car with the cold weather package, yet it did not come with the stated all-weather mats; we were told we had to buy those ourselves. The car was supposedly cleaned before we took it off the lot, yet when we removed the paper mats from the floor, there were dirt and crumbs under them, like it had not been vacuumed; the console was sticky and the gas tank was near empty when we left the lot. When we got home we found that the shocks on the hood were bad so the hood would not stay up (not sure how they were able to change the oil). This required us to take it in for maintenance immediately after purchase. Yes, this was a used car, however an expensive one, with only 19k miles on it. There was damage to the front grille that was not reported to us and the GM refused to compromise with us on the cost of replacement. After expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the post purchase customer service, I never received a reply from the manager. Not a great representation for a Toyota dealer! More
