One week ago I dropped our car for yet another attempt to correct a chronic problem. After a couple of days I was told they had narrowed down the problem to a bad OnStar antenna. I was told it would take a day or two get one and then it would have to be painted. Last Friday I was told the antenna was in the paint shop. Today we called for an update only to find out it is still in the paint shop. We have been inconvenienced having make transportation arrangements for what I consider an extraordinary number of times.
Johnson has disappointed us and we will have to consider this yet unresolved issue before recommending the dealership
