The five star rating that I gave you was for your mobile service unit. The gentleman came to my house to repair. My truck were very polite. Have a great personality and knew exactly what to do within an hou service unit. The gentleman came to my house to repair. My truck were very polite. Have a great personality and knew exactly what to do within an hour. They had the work completely done. I give this rating to the mobile service because I’ve been trying to get into your service department for a year. I received a safety call notice at the end of 2022. I got a hold of your service department to make an appointment and the parts for the repair were not in. I was told they would call when they came in which never happened. In July 2023 I called to find out about the parts and they said that they had them in stock. So I made another appointment which they said had to be in January 4 of 2024 or I could take the vehicle someplace else and have the work done. I waited to January 4 and brought my vehicle in. I left it with your service department to have it worked on eight hours later I was told that they couldn’t get to it. I would have to leave it overnight to have the work done. I came in to find out what the problem was , it seems that your service writer decided to put other people in front of me and I had to wait which was not satisfactory. I feel that the way you run your service department needs to be corrected the mobile service unit that was sent out to my house after I complain about your service department Did an excellent job. I am more than happy with your mobile service unit not I repeat not your service department. Again the rating I give you is for your mobile service unit not your service department. Thank you. More

Overall the service was excellent. However, the scheduling process is a little confusing. Verbally you are told one time. You get a different time in an email confirmation. When you get the dealership, the is still a question about the time of your appointment. It all works out, but this process could be made less cumbersome. More
