When going in for an oil change, the dealership said I needed $3500+ of essential work. A second and third opinion let me know that none of the suggested work was needed. When setting up the appointment, I was told that the dealership had no shuttle to help get me to and from work, less than a mile away. When I thought the work was required, I mentioned that I would consider trading in the vehicle. Rather than being referred to sales, I was told, “That’s not my department”. More
