I never feel pressured to make a quick decision and my questions are always answered. Most recently I have bought my cars with Joni as my sales person. She is wonderful to work with all the time. She returns all my phone calls promptly and shows me as many cars as I want to see. I feel valued as a customer when I come to Penn Toyota.. I am greeted by someone as soon as I walk through the door. Never have to wait for assistance. The process of finalizing all the paperwork is also very efficient with Sean going over all the documents one by one. There is never any small print to worry about. And, of course, you can’t go wrong with a Toyota! More

Excellent price & Sales ppl. Everyone was helpful, very friendly and Nick made me and my mother feel comfortable about the financing of the vehicle, gave me a better rate then the Everyone was helpful, very friendly and Nick made me and my mother feel comfortable about the financing of the vehicle, gave me a better rate then the banks. Joni had my car taken out of the show room floor to show it off to me, she was attentive and friendly. Also when I pointed out that i wanted a second master key to come with the car, they made it happen no extra charge. I got an IOU for it since it was quite late and they were closing soon. Andy helpped figure out all the technology in the car,synced the phone and set the height of my trunk My car is a 2017 Rav4 limited. My only compliment is that it wasn't gassed up to a full tank, would of been nice to get a voucher or something. More

Great Experience at Penn Toyota Had a great experience buying a used car at Penn Toyota. I had visited two dealerships prior to coming to Penn and those experiences were horrible: d Had a great experience buying a used car at Penn Toyota. I had visited two dealerships prior to coming to Penn and those experiences were horrible: dealers telling me that the car I was interested in was available only to be told after test driving the car that the car was in fact sold. I was then encouraged to choose higher price cars. I also experienced salespersons adding undisclosed fees to the price. But at Penn none of that happened. The car I was interested in was available, in excellent condition, and there were no hidden dealer fees. I worked with Joni and she was a pleasure: friendly, knowledgeable, but didn’t pressure me either. Overall this was a good car buying experience, which is unfortunately too rare. More
