Excellent service as always. I would expect nothing less from DeNooyer. I leased my car in 2008 and bought it at the end of the contract. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Denooyer Chevrolet since 2019 and absolutely love them! On the sales side Scott Fyvie and Heath Murphy have been very honest and helpful. Denoyer Chevrolet is the most incompetent dealership I have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service area the service advisers are the most unfriendly people I have ever seen, they look like they should be on a suicide watch. I did not find any one to be helpful or communicate at a level that a dealership of this size requires. I'm very disappointed and will never do business again at this amateur hour dealership More

Denooyer Chevrolet is a fantastic dealership with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because I never feel pressured into buying/leasing something that I’m not 100% comfortable with. Heath’s relaxed but knowledgeable approach makes the entire process a lot less intimidating. Also, Michelle in the insurance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. She pointed out some concerning points about my current insurance, and offered to shop around on my behalf for a better package and a similar rate. Both John’s in the Service Dept. have been very helpful to me over the years as well on the few occasions I’ve needed any vehicles serviced. It’s great to know that there are still people out there that take great pride in customer care. More

Had appointment for oil leak and parts were not there when car was brought in which delayed repairs being made. Repairs were to take 2 days at most however was almost a week. The service team was great, Jonathan is a pleasure to work with! Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything was explained clearly. On the other hand, I was discouraged to find the custo work with! Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything was explained clearly. On the other hand, I was discouraged to find the customer lounge area had no food except for overpriced vending machines and a beverage machine that only partially worked. A real disappointment compared to the rest of the facility. More
