I do not recommend service adviser Jonathan Valdez I recommend not dealing with service adviser "Jonathan Valdez" in Service Department. I went to drop my car off to get issues looked at on my car. I I recommend not dealing with service adviser "Jonathan Valdez" in Service Department. I went to drop my car off to get issues looked at on my car. I originally work with Mr. Robby Robertson one of the SUPERB SERVICE ADVISER. unfortunately he was out today. I had already spoken with him( Mr. Robertson) day before and I was told to speak with Mr. Dane. Mr. Dane had not made it in at 8:00AM when I arrived today Saturday 9/30/2017, so I was prepared to wait for him, but Mr. Jonathan took it upon himself to BULLY me writing up my concerns and wanted me to sign a form stating I would have to pay $162.00 to have my car looked at, when its already in the system regarding my issues with my 2002 Acura 3.2 TL Type S. Jonathan has a "SMUG ATTITUDE" and EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE, with no COMPASSION. its all about the MONEY with this guy. Maybe because I was a women, or maybe not, but either way do yourself a favor and ask for Mr. Robby Robertson @ GOODSON ACURA OF DALLAS. I end up just leaving the dealership after having them wash my car so I wouldn't feel like I wasted my time plus gasoline. More

Routine service and two specific repairs needing attention Highest quality service and care for vehicles AND owners. Waiting room immaculate and well-stocked; loaner cars always available (so far, at least.) Highest quality service and care for vehicles AND owners. Really nothing to complain about at all! More

Amazing Service and Quick Turn Around! I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was schedul I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was scheduled to close. That being said, Johnathan Valdez and his crew were AMAZING! Johnathan was incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and attentive. He immediately got me a loaner, and clearly defined what to expect over the next day. Johnathan's crew was also wonderful! I heard from them every day with an update on what they found, how it was going to be fixed, and a timeline of when they expected to have it complete. What was communicated was exactly what was executed in the end! They ordered a part and had it fixed in a 2 day turn around time. I would absolutely recommend Goodson Acura, as well as Johnathan and his crew! Thank you for the positive experience! Ashley W. More
