Amazing Service and Quick Turn Around! I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was schedul I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was scheduled to close. That being said, Johnathan Valdez and his crew were AMAZING! Johnathan was incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and attentive. He immediately got me a loaner, and clearly defined what to expect over the next day. Johnathan's crew was also wonderful! I heard from them every day with an update on what they found, how it was going to be fixed, and a timeline of when they expected to have it complete. What was communicated was exactly what was executed in the end! They ordered a part and had it fixed in a 2 day turn around time.
