Very poor experience with the service department and service manager. I brought my brand new truck in because the passenger side headlight was not working. Six hours later they claim there is damage to service manager. I brought my brand new truck in because the passenger side headlight was not working. Six hours later they claim there is damage to my truck and it has never been in any kind of accident and would not covered under warranty. I filed a police report claiming that they did this on site and this is an ongoing investigation. More

I brought by Cadillac SUV in for service. I was told it had a broken bolt ... you would think a simply couple hours worth of work to remove the broken bolt stub and install a new bolt ... you would think h had a broken bolt ... you would think a simply couple hours worth of work to remove the broken bolt stub and install a new bolt ... you would think however I was charge $752 for a new part! Now being a retired engineer as well as a tool and dye maker, I know for a fact broken bolt removal is a relative easy process ... this was just greed and or lack of knowledge on the part of the dealership. Moreover, when I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they attempted to charge me more than quoted. After resolving that issue, I walked to the vehicle, only to find the leather seats as well as the fender and hood full of greasy hand prints. WHERE IS THE CADILLAC SERVICE!! Clearly not here. More
