Legit, we only had one Toyota we were willing to buy- the RAV4 hybrid Woodland edition and if you know anything about this model they are hard to come by. Belinda went above and beyond from that first interaction via the phone listening to my needs and let me know that they had one, yes ONE, Woodland coming to their dealership and offered to hold that for us with a deposit (completely refundable) for us to see, test drive, and make a decision if the vehicle fit our needs. Belinda kept me informed every step on the way since it took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive with texts and was accessible with any questions I had without hesitation. When we arrived to the dealership I felt at ease the moment she greeted us, her warmth preceded her. At no point during our interactions with her did we feel pressured, rushed, or forced to make any decisions in an urgent manner. Belinda was collaborative warm and approachable- at no point was there any slimy-ness with my interactions with her that sadly, are often present in dealers.
