After shopping around at other Toyota dealerships in Oregon I am so blessed and thankful I met Fernando at Royal Moore Toyota. I had an appointment with Jonathan who has been very helpful as well but un Oregon I am so blessed and thankful I met Fernando at Royal Moore Toyota. I had an appointment with Jonathan who has been very helpful as well but unfortunately he was with another customer so he introduced me to Fernando. Thank God Fernando helped me get my 2025 Tacoma Off Road. He was so patience and helpful. I test drove 2 cars a RAV4 and a Tacoma and also i wanted to check another Tacoma trim. I felt really bad but he did not hesitate to grab those keys. When I finally found the vehicle I wanted he was very honest and upfront about the numbers. He worked so hard to get me the right price and deals. It was a long night but Fernando Morales, Michael Weber, and Luis Rojas were very patience, understanding and professional. They did not haggle me or pressure me to get a contract I didnt want. I am glad i decided to go with Royal Moore after visiting other Toyota dealerships. I want to thank everyone at Royal Moore Michael Weber, Luis Rojas, Jonathan Rodriguez and especially Fernando Morales!! Such awesome guys. I highly recommend going here. Don't waste your time at other Toyota dealerships. Scheduled a meeting for Saturday morning at 9am and showed up 5 minutes early to check out a car I was going to buy. When I showed up the salesman Jonathan Rodriguez was showing a Customer the vehicle. showed up 5 minutes early to check out a car I was going to buy. When I showed up the salesman Jonathan Rodriguez was showing a Customer the vehicle. They test drove it and ended up purchasing the car. Not only did I have to wait after driving up from Salem he couldn’t even tell the other customers to wait until our meeting was taken care of. Horrible customer service and planning. I will never come to this dealer ship again. He should not be in sales and should learn how to use a calendar to schedule meetings. Thank you for wasting our time. More
