Derek and his sales manager were wonderful to work with. Derek helped us out with narrowing down what we were looking for pretty quickly and we test drove a couple of times and spent a lot of time with me and my husband playing with the car and feeling into it to be 100% certain this was our car. The SUV we traded in had been with us for 16 years so it was a big decision for us as we like to keep vehicles for the long haul. Thank you Derek for getting us into our perfect Telluride. More

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Beaverton Kia that felt like a cruel prank. This dealership adamantly refuses to facilitate remote purchases, completely disregarding options like using a mobi Kia that felt like a cruel prank. This dealership adamantly refuses to facilitate remote purchases, completely disregarding options like using a mobile notary or finding ways to verify signatures for buyers who live outside the vicinity. This is beyond frustrating as I have successfully conducted remote real estate transactions from across the country! Their lack of customer service and refusal to adapt to modern methods is truly astonishing. I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this dealership and their deceptive "Express Online Purchase" claim, as it's nothing more than a well-executed scam. More

Sold me a car without having a title for it, over 3 months later it was totalled. Then they lied to manufacture an Oregon title because they could not get one legally without a vin inspection. They sai months later it was totalled. Then they lied to manufacture an Oregon title because they could not get one legally without a vin inspection. They said they had the vin inspection on Nov 8th 2021 which is odd considering I had the car in my possession since July. They messed up then lied and cheated and they need to be held accountable. All I did was try and buy a car, they should not have sold it without a title its against the law. Watch out they will get as kinky and deceitful as they feel they need to in order to screw over a customer that offered them his business and they spit in my face with lies. Don't trust them they don't care about the consumer. Only their bottom line, not what's right or wrong. Chris More

Sales Manager (Jonathan) and Staff employ surreptitious sales practices, underhanded positioning and questionable methods that I personally view as unethical and vulture-istic. We had committed to pur sales practices, underhanded positioning and questionable methods that I personally view as unethical and vulture-istic. We had committed to purchasing a vehicle, submitted a Credit Application (credit was hard-pulled three distinct times) and were negotiating price, when the salesman told us that someone else would be buying the car. It is shocking that the Lanphere Auto Group would encourage and sponsor such sales practices, and behave so recklessly with someone's credit report and credit score. When confronted by this, the sales manager stated that he did not remember who had begun the sales process on the vehicle first and said he would be happy to start the process over on any one of the other vehicles available on the over-crowded lot. The sales staff almost chases after a potential customer coming on to the lot and from that moment on, as a customer, you get the sensation that you are just the next "mark". I want everyone to know the unethical (IMO) business practices they can expect if they shop or consider buying from Lanphere Group's Beaverton Kia. I've had more than my share of bad car-buying experiences over the years, but this one is the absolute worst.. - it took place in early June 2021... If these practices are to be resolved, it'll require policy changes and staffing changes.. which are not fast fixes. Beware, Beware Beware... More

Manager Jonathan Robertson and Finance Director Karen Voss also were top notch. We got a great deal on our Kia, swapped out our old lease for a new one, and the sales consultant Derek Cunningham kindly drove to Lincoln City for us for the final signatures to make the deal happen!
