Great service that I can trust. I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to them for service. This is my first time dealing with Antonio Cancilla and I found him very helpful a I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to them for service. I usually deal with Jonathan Quinones and was worried that I wouldn’t get the same kind of care, but I was pleasantly surprised by Antonio’s attitude and caring ways. To: Cordelia Heaney is the CEO of the Corporation and the Findlay Family, I have been a customer with Findlay Honda for over 10 years and have bought two new Honda Accords during that time period, and now Findlay Family, I have been a customer with Findlay Honda for over 10 years and have bought two new Honda Accords during that time period, and now looking forward to my third purchase. Reliability, Technical Advancements and Style have been my motivating factors and half of the reasons for my continued Honda Purchases. The other Half of my rationale for sticking with Findlay Honda is their incredible Customer Service and repair/ Maintenance Department. In both Categories they are Par Excellence! He will not say it is this and just fix it. He makes sure that the problem is diagnosed, and the issue is confirmed before the car gets repaired. Bryant is the BEST! I have been a customer of Findlay Honda Henderson for 21 years. Bryant has been the second-best, Awesome, Professional, and Excellent Service Advisor I have had there.
