Great service that I can trust. I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to them for service. This is my first time dealing with Antonio Cancilla and I found him very helpful a I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to them for service. I usually deal with Jonathan Quinones and was worried that I wouldn’t get the same kind of care, but I was pleasantly surprised by Antonio’s attitude and caring ways. Judy helped me with my battery in a extremely timely matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. To: Cordelia Heaney is the CEO of the Corporation and the Findlay Family, I have been a customer with Findlay Honda for over 10 years and have bought two new Honda Accords during that time period, and now Findlay Family, I have been a customer with Findlay Honda for over 10 years and have bought two new Honda Accords during that time period, and now looking forward to my third purchase. Reliability, Technical Advancements and Style have been my motivating factors and half of the reasons for my continued Honda Purchases. The other Half of my rationale for sticking with Findlay Honda is their incredible Customer Service and repair/ Maintenance Department. In both Categories they are Par Excellence! Honda Findlay is a Model Company that all like car Dealerships should emulate from. My Service Advisor Bryant is Awesome! . His customer service skills are a 10. His knowledge is a 10. He is always thinking of what is the dilemma when I bring my vehicle in for service w . He will not say it is this and just fix it. He makes sure that the problem is diagnosed, and the issue is confirmed before the car gets repaired. Bryant is the BEST! I have been a customer of Findlay Honda Henderson for 21 years. Bryant has been the second-best, Awesome, Professional, and Excellent Service Advisor I have had there. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is truly appreciated by me! Bryant thank you for all you do and your services to help your customers. More

Another AMAZING customer service experience I received from the service dept! Online appointments rock! Super easy and availability was flexible giving me several time of service options for my request from the service dept! Online appointments rock! Super easy and availability was flexible giving me several time of service options for my requested service. Service technician, Jeremiah was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Findlay Honda of Henderson’s service manager honored any requests I made and gave me reasonable financially minded approval for the services I received. I did not anticipate that the service on my car would require a few hours. Findlay’s service team set me up with transportation to and from my residence so that they could provide my vehicle with the quality service this department is known for. * I have had nothing but horrible experiences at a former dealership, (Honda West, Sahara, Las Vegas), the service there this particular day was disappointing, & frustrating mainly due to the lack of customer support (actually I take that back/ their was NO support). The service advisors over there were lacking on friendliness, helpfulness, & any type of decent customer care. Honestly, my interaction was not pleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional (Michael Davis, a Service advisor at Honda West used discouraging tactics with me. Ex, “Appointments take priority” “In fact, an oil change is even longer, see all those cars, their waiting too- you’re looking at 3+ hours).” I was also forced to wait more than 30 minutes in the non appointments lane before anyone even acknowledged me. After Honda West wasted my time and gave me the worst possible customer service with no support, I literally told this particular service advisor that I’ll just go to Findlay Honda of Henderson. I also explained to him the reason why I always return to Honda; “Honda’s known for having the best customer service, however it’s always this dealership, it’s always Honda West on Sahara that I have issues with. It’s always you guys.” No response just a dull & numbing look at me. Nothing came out if this guys mouth to say one word, nothing to show he was motivated to go above or beyond in any attempts to try and make things right and or to get me to change my mind. Really, the look on his face said it all and I knew I made a mistake right then and there by the way this service advisor responded to me. So then I pulled over into Honda West’s parking lot, pulled out my mobile & pulled up Findlay Honda of Henderson’s website. I saw that I would be able to make online service scheduled appointment so I booked my service appointment right then & there giving me a 30 minute gap between dealerships. When I arrived at Findlay Honda of Henderson, not only was I acknowledged immediately, but service advisor, “Jeremiah” approached me with all due respect apologizing to me if I had to wait long & he addressed all my car service needs while listening with his full attention to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I never have to be reassured I’m in good hands at Findlay, I always KNOW that I’m going to receive wonderful service and customer support at any given time. Words of advice to the Service Manager at Honda West, “Tristan.” Take lessons from Findlay Honda of Henderson’s service manager please. Maybe you can train under him or something….(Idk but you need to get onboard and turn your dept around, change the culture there to be more customer centered). I just wanted to say “Thank-you” to all the service advisors at Findlay Honda. Whenever I walked through your doors, Always more than one advisor had acknowledged me in a friendly manner, everyone smiles there and offering assistance for me. I’m overwhelmed with how much attention you guys give me! Wow! Amazing people and what a great team you got going there! I learned my lesson this day and no matter even if I’m in another area in the valley needing car repairs and or service, I’m not going to cut corners and I’m just going to keep returning to Findlay Honda of Henderson!
