She refused GAP insurance, next thing we know, after refusing the significantly overpriced GAP, we go to sign the papers and Jonathon made the car $28,000 out the door. He took advantage of a Ukrainian refugee, who does not speak English well, my beautiful mother, and robbed her of a $1,000. What kind of xxxxxxx pulls a bait and switch like this? xxxx him, and anyone in management at Branhaven that supports this sleazeball behavior. Honor your deals like a man Jonathon! More
