The process to take the vehicle in and get a rental for time they estimated my car to be done was smooth. The explanation of cost and time was clear. The coffee is always great here, which makes the wait e time they estimated my car to be done was smooth. The explanation of cost and time was clear. I had to guess when I can come pick up my vehicle since no updates were sent to me. This was a problem for my work schedule and planning a day and time to make the 45 minute drive to this dealership. Normally we receive good service from Simpson Chevrolet, but this time was different. It took about 17 days to get our vehicle fixed (apparently our warranty couldn't decide if there was coverage for the p but this time was different. The loaner we got was an electric car and it was very inconvenient to charge as we had to find EV charging stations and then wait 45 to 75 min to fully charge the battery. When we finally got our SUV back, the service dept. left finger grease marks on our upholstery by the driver's side door and left a Big Gulp Cup (Trash) in our center cup holders and the car was not washed. Thankfully our $50 deductible is all we were responsible for and probably the best part of the experience. We were disappointed as we have taken our SUV here several times and have always had a good experience. More
