When I arrived I was told I was early and that my appointment time was an hour later then I had. I heard my wife make the appointment and the time I had was correct. I bought my Tahoe from Simpson 6 years ago. I had my car in for a an inspection & service call a month ago. No mention about work needed on my engine mounts. When I brought my car in last week, I had my car in for a an inspection & service call a month ago. No mention about work needed on my engine mounts. When I brought my car in last week, a thousand miles late, all of a suddenr my car needs new engine mounts ! Sounds like a sham to me ! I'll take my business elsewhere. More

recently had my Rear Main Seal replaced. . pickup the truck and had it for a week when i discovered oil dripping.. crawled underneath and discover small amounts of oil on the bolts and my F . pickup the truck and had it for a week when i discovered oil dripping.. crawled underneath and discover small amounts of oil on the bolts and my Frame paint was bare metal... Called the service center and brought truck back.. upon inspection, they said oil was left over from last repair. and the baremetal was from pressure washing the old oil off ... they didn't bother to repair it and when i told the service advisor about it.. he said "You don't need it, it only for east coast people with salt roads". That is complete xx and bare metal will rust in any weather.. also my rear was making noise and they replaced the driver leaf spring. As of today... Oil is still there on the bolts after I have driven 400 miles and i have cleaned and wipe it everytime.. Rear still makes noise after leaf spring install.. More

Lost all trust in getting my vehicle serviced here again. I was missing a few items from my truck some straps, a radio, phone charger and cargo net all inside my vehicle. along with crumbled up trash in the I was missing a few items from my truck some straps, a radio, phone charger and cargo net all inside my vehicle. along with crumbled up trash in the back seat. Then when I wanted to talk with the service manager another person tried to assist me and said they would reimburse me for my lost items. Still have not heard back but what my issue is, is that I am supposed to feel comfortable and trust the dealer where I bought my truck from to service it and not worry that things will be missing along with no communication. More
