As soon as I walked through the doors, Constance was very welcoming and showcased the car very well. I recently visited the dealership with my mother for a service appointment on her 2024 Outback. While browsing the showroom, she fell in love with the new 2026 model. We were greeted by Marcos, who was in service appointment on her 2024 Outback. While browsing the showroom, she fell in love with the new 2026 model. We were greeted by Marcos, who was incredibly helpful as we compared the dimensions of the two vehicles to ensure the new, larger Outback would fit in her garage. Marcos was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond by bringing two specific models to the front for a side-by-side comparison and a test drive. Once she decided to move forward, he respected our time and kept the process moving quickly. Jon Frisby then stepped in to finalize the paperwork and handle the addition of the Zurich Shield. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and completely seamless. More
