When your car was brought in on August 11, we performed an alignment and then rechecked it after it was reportedly still pulling. The link for the rechecked alignment paperwork is below. Once the vehicle was road tested, it was found that the tires, which were purchased elsewhere, were the cause of the pulling. We relayed this information to you at the time and you were given a copy of the second alignment report (in the link). You asked to speak with Jonathan, but he was in a meeting. Jonathan tried calling you twice and left voicemails, but neither of these calls were returned.
